Core risks

01

Experimental software

4626.fun is early-stage infrastructure. Interfaces, contracts, strategy routing, and launch flows may change. Demo vaults are product previews, not a promise that vaults are live.

02

Smart contract risk

Vault contracts, auction contracts, bridge integrations, strategy integrations, and frontend systems may contain bugs or vulnerabilities.

03

Strategy risk

Strategies may generate no fees or negative returns. Concentrated liquidity can suffer impermanent loss. Lending markets can become illiquid or unsafe.

Asset and liquidity risks

Creator coin risk

Creator coins may be volatile, illiquid, or lose value. A vault share's value depends partly on the underlying creator coin and its market activity.

Vault share risk

A vault share is not a deposit account. It represents a claim on vault assets, and that claim can become worth less than the original deposit.

Liquidity risk

Withdrawals may depend on idle liquidity and the time required to unwind strategy positions. Larger redemptions, stressed markets, or cross-chain positions may take longer.

Fee risk

Fees depend on market activity and strategy performance. Fees may be zero in any period, and fees may not offset strategy losses.

System risks

Bridge and cross-chain riskCross-chain positions may depend on third-party bridge, messaging, or settlement infrastructure. These systems can fail, be delayed, or be exploited.
Auction riskAuction mechanics may result in unexpected pricing, low participation, failed launches, or other unfavorable outcomes.
Oracle and market data riskPricing, routing, and display surfaces may depend on external data. Data can be delayed, stale, wrong, or unavailable.
Regulatory riskDigital assets, DeFi protocols, creator coins, and vault products may be subject to changing laws, rules, or restrictions.
