The system

One vault per creator coin

4626 is a closed creator-vault system on Base. A creator deposits a Zora creator coin. The protocol mints an ERC-4626 claim, wraps that claim into a tradable LayerZero share, auctions the float in public, and routes every qualifying DEX buy through one fee engine.

The loop

Fees are the game

Capital that enters the share market loosens the game: fees grow the jackpot, burn a slice of shares, and pay the voter path. Wrap and unwrap stay free. The split is immutable BPS — not a committee decision.

The three tokens

Creator coinThe Zora ERC-20 deposit asset. Distinct address from both share tokens.

Vault shareThe ERC-4626 claim on vault assets. Redeemable subject to liquidity. Accounting follows the tokenized-vault standard.

Tradable shareThe LayerZero-wrapped share that auctions, trades, and carries the fee game across the mesh.

How a launch works

Activation

The creator makes a one-time genesis deposit of 100,000,000 creator coins — 10% of supply. That commitment opens the vault and sets the first share price.

Auction

Initial shares split across a public Continuous Clearing Auction, creator vesting, and an LP reserve. No fixed presale price. No insider allocation.

Legs

Deposited coins can route through documented strategy legs such as Charm and Ajna, plus a reserved idle slice for withdrawals. Outcomes are variable and can be zero or negative.

Fees

Qualifying buys pay one onchain engine. The split is published in BPS. Creators do not take an ongoing performance cut unless a high-water-mark fee is set in the vault config.

Status and risks

This paper describes the intended protocol. Vaults are not live. No audit is published. Do not treat a demo card, a social post, or an unofficial front end as a deposit destination.
